Recently, Titleist announced its partnership with Nippon shafts - this is huge for Nippon. Nippon shafts are premium steel shafts known for the lightweight and high performance.  Nippon will be the selected stock shaft on the ever increasingly popular Titleist AP1 irons, a shaft avid golfers have gravitated to in grooves.

Nippon is huge in Asia where the own 80% of the market but is also gaining in the United States where over 100 touring professionals use Nippon.
